The 90-day pilot

Optional above 150 people. Not required at any size · updated October 26, 2026

What we send you

A quarter of the year,
and it all comes off year one

A 90-day pilot is priced off your annual price at a short-term rate — $3,000 at 250 people, $18,000 at 2,500, $42,000 at 10,000. Credited in full against year one, with that annual price locked underneath for twelve months, so the pilot is not a discount you have to win back later — it is the first invoice of the contract you would have signed anyway.

Why a pilot and not a year

A 90-day pilot is optional. It is not required above 2,500 people, or at any other size. Above 150 people the pricing page starts a free 30-day trial with no card, for a test group. When that trial ends, we email the annual quote, net 30. This page is where a pilot proposal is still sent.

A pilot is usually approvable on a department budget, it does not need next year’s plan, and it answers whether your people actually do these sessions before anyone commits at scale. The fee is credited in full against year one.

The automation is identical either way. The proposal goes out in seconds, the paperwork is attached, and nobody has to talk to us to accept it.

What the 90 days look like

  1. Pick a slice. One department, one office, or one job family. We would rather have 300 people who were actually told about it than 3,000 who were not.
  2. Pick the bar, in writing, before we start. Usually weekly active share of invited people, or sessions completed per person per week. You set the number. If we miss it, we say so in the readout rather than reframing it.
  3. Connect. Employees approve their own calendar; there is no install and no admin rollout project. If your IT team has to approve the app first, the clock does not start until people are actually connected.
  4. Weekly adoption report. Connected, active, sessions completed, active days and breaks taken per day — by week, against the bar you set.
  5. Day 90 readout. The numbers, what we would change, and the order form for the full year if you want it. The pilot fee comes straight off it.

What it costs if you continue

The same published ladder everyone else pays. No pilot surcharge, no “pilot pricing” that quietly expires.

PeoplePer year90-day pilot
250 people$9,700$3,000
500 people$17,200$5,250
1,000 people$30,200$9,000
2,500 people$60,200$18,000
5,000 people$95,200$28,500
10,000 people$140,200$42,000
25,000 people$245,200$73,500

Your price is set by your user count and then held. The rows above are the price at those counts; counts in between pay less, not the row above them — 300 people is $11,200 a year, not $17,200. Once you have bought, adding people costs nothing up to your cap, adoption improving never raises your bill, and there is no true-up at renewal for people who were eligible and never onboarded.

What your security team will ask

We never receive meeting titles, attendees, locations or bodies — only busy and free times, plus the sessions we place ourselves. The complete list of calls we make, what we store, our sub-processors and where we actually stand on certifications is at microfitnessclub.com/trust. The pilot order form, W-9, COI and DPA go out attached to the proposal.

Get the proposal

It is generated and emailed automatically. You do not need to book anything to read it.

Billing address — optional, but it lets the proposal show tax correctly
